Prescriptions
Book a Prescription Renewal Appointment

Contact your pharmacy at least 10-14 days before running out of medication so we can ensure you receive your refill prescriptions in a timely manner as requests often take 5-7 days to process or longer if over a weekend.
Patients not signed up for the PatientSERV-365 program are charged for each prescription sent without an appointment
- If you are being started on a new medication or the dose dose of a medication is changing you may have to see the doctor before getting a repeat prescription.
- Some medications may cause side effects to your system. Your physician may ask you to get your blood work done from time to time to ensure the safety of the medications you are taking.
- Let us know if you are changing your pharmacy so we can update your chart.
- Please keep medications in a safe place so children or animals cannot have access to them.
- If you are taking a controlled substance then you must ensure this medication is kept in a safe place. Loss or damage to controlled substances may cause a delay in a refill.
