UNINSURED SERVICES

These are services provided by your doctor that are not publicly funded under OHIP (e.g., prescription refills over the phone/requests from the pharmacy, copy or transfer of medical records, drivers medicals, etc.). You can choose to either pay for each individual service ("Pay As You Go") or sign up for PS365 which covers a number of services bundled in a once yearly payment.
